Welcome to Casita Joya, a true desert gem! Casita Joya is a newly built 2-bedroom, 2-bath with loft that sleeps 4-6 guests. The property is located in the heart of PGA West, The Western Home of Golf in America. With easy access to 3 premier golf courses and located steps from the community amenities including a pool, spa, gym, bocce and BBQ, Casita Joya places you in the center of the action. Casita Joya has no shared walls and is designed with attention to detail featuring Keurig and Nespresso coffee makers, Bosch refrigerator, Lynx BBQ, 3-hole mini put golf, craft ice molds, a large loft with beverage refrigerator and popcorn machine for relaxing and watching events.
The outdoor gathering spaces include a lounge and firepit, dining table and BBQ area complete with Rosemary plants and a Meyer lemon tree! Casita Joya has lovely mountain views from the front yard and loft. Ernie’s Bar and Grill is located around the corner for close casual indoor/outdoor dining.
Casita Joya is also located 15 minutes from the Empire Polo Field as well as the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, making it a perfect homebase for Coachella, Stage Coach, PNB Paribas Open and other famous desert gatherings.
The name Casita Joya (jewel in Spanish) is a nod to original name in the brand-new Jewel community, completed in August 2023 and to the Town of La Quinta, known as “The Gem of the Desert”. Old Town La Quinta is known for its boutiques, restaurants, art shows, famers market, outdoor yoga and is only 10 minutes from Casita Joya. The word Joya also includes the English word ‘joy’. Luxurious and Relaxing
We had a wonderful stay at Casita Joya. It is beautifully decorated, and a comfortable place to gather with friends for cocktails or card games. We slept beautifully: it is peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub, as well as hiking nearby trails and exploring La Quinta’s Old Town. The kitchen is brand new and well appointed. It’s classy, comfortable and relaxing. Wonderful

We loved staying here!!! The place is beautiful and spacious with many wonderful amenities. It is in a brand development of PGA West with so many great activities accessible all around you.
