Corona Virus Update

Most updated information regarding the state of travel in Palm Springs. 


During this uncertain time, we would like to clarify guest questions related to upcoming reservations in light of the recent Coronavirus pandemic. 

With this in mind, we have launched the following temporary updates to our cancellation policies.

  • For existing reservations booked prior to March 13, 2020 for an arrival before September 15, 2020: Guests can rebook their stay for a future date of stay within one year of their original reservation.  
  • For new reservations we will update cancellation terms to offer a rebooking option 14-days prior to arrival.  This will apply for new reservations booked beginning March 13, 2020 for an arrival before September 15, 2020. Guests can cancel and rebook up to 14 days before their arrival. If a guest cancels within 14 days of arrival, the reservation is non-refundable unless force majeure conditions apply. 

Additionally we want you to know that we have taken precautionary measures to protect our guests, owners, employees, families, partners, and customers.  

Effective last week we have implemented the following safeguards.

1. We have hired additional cleaning at our office. Each evening our cleaning crew comes to sanitize all surfaces, including; door handles, desks, bathrooms and computers.
2. We have held an emergency meeting with our employees to address safety precautions in our office, including hand washing and sanitizing.
3. We will wear Nitrile Disposable gloves when we go to an occupied home. They are being used only one time and discarded after each job to prevent the spread of possible germs from one property to another.
4. We will use hand sanitizer before and after entering each home. 
5. We are practicing social distancing at all occupied properties. We also avoid shaking hands, or any other form of close contact with the general public while on a job.

Cancelations

If your reservation is coming up within the next 30 days, you are within our cancelation period. That being said, we have updated our cancelation policy to allow you to rebook your reservation up to a year of your original date. 


How are you cleaning my vacation rental? 

In an effort to promote healthy environments, we have advised all our cleaning staff to leave disinfecting cleaning wipes or spray on the counters for your use.  Your cleaning fee covers a full sanitized clean between rentals, which includes all door handles and surfaces.


What is it like in Palm Springs currently?

The weather is beautiful!  If you are going to shelter in place, might as well be in a private vacation rental!
